Puncak Pass Resort

The rooms were newly remodeled and fairly clean, spacious venue. Booked a room with outstanding mountain views and good food. All the staff was attentive and well-mannered, resolving my issues. Had a very good stay for a family vacation.

The hotel was clean with a good restaurant. We all thoroughly enjoyed well-maintained and neat room with comfy beds and balcony and a bathroom. The location was amazing and lovely in the nice area.

They serve a great mix of East and West breakfast options here. You can choose from the typical extensive breakfast choices or go for some Western dishes. And let's not forget about the fantastic location! 🌄

Super beds and a fireplace and coffee. The alpine view from the window was excellent. Early check-in, parking onsite. Not to mention free wifi! Location just next door to jakarta and bandung as well as Puncak for Families. Excellent food in the lobby restaurant in the vicinity.

The scenery here was stunning, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the managers were particularly great, and they made our stay enjoyable. the breakfast we had was delicious 😋. Our room was decent, and we had a lovely view of the mountains.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, providing all the necessary amenities. The hotel restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, with a specialty Dutch menu. I especially enjoyed the early breakfast and breakfasting dinner. The staff showed great hospitality and the atmosphere was ideal for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

This place is incredible! I loved the location of this venue as it was in a beautiful district with fresh air to breathe. The staff were very friendly, helping me book a car when needed and providing housekeeping service. I appreciated the welcome drink and the room amenities like the sitting area and flat-screen TV. Moreover, they had a great restaurant that served quality food, and I enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel with a stunning view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. We were surprised with two complimentary drinks upon arrival, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect for hiking and nature lovers.

The hotel room needed some maintenance and was not as clean as we expected. the Wi-Fi connection was very poor, making it difficult to stay connected and plan our activities.
